2. Vendor Account Registration

• Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any activity performed using the vendor account will be considered the vendor’s responsibility.
• One vendor is allowed to operate only one account unless written permission is granted.

3. Product Listing Rules

• Vendors must ensure that all product information (title, description, price, images, specifications) is accurate and not misleading.
• Prohibited items (illegal, counterfeit, stolen, adult, harmful, or restricted goods) are strictly forbidden.
• The marketplace reserves the right to remove or edit any product listing without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Commission

• Vendors are free to set product prices unless otherwise specified.
• The marketplace will charge a commission or service fee on each successful order, as per the agreed rate.
• Commission rates may be updated with prior notice to vendors.

5. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

• Vendors must process and ship orders within the specified timeframe.
• Vendors are responsible for proper packaging and ensuring product quality during delivery.
• Delays, cancellations, or incorrect shipments may result in penalties or account suspension.

6. Payment & Payout Policy

• Payments to vendors will be made after order completion and return period (if any).
• Vendors must provide correct bank or payment gateway details.
• The marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• Vendors must comply with the marketplace return and refund policy.
• In case of disputes, vendors must cooperate with the marketplace’s resolution process.
• The marketplace’s decision regarding disputes shall be final and binding.

8. Product Quality & Authenticity

• Vendors guarantee that all products sold are genuine, authentic, and of acceptable quality.
• Selling counterfeit or defective products may result in immediate termination and legal action.

9. Customer Communication

• Vendors must maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.
• Vendors must not share customer personal information outside the platform.
• Harassment, abuse, or misleading communication is strictly prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• Vendors must own or have legal rights to use product images, descriptions, logos, and trademarks.
• Any intellectual property violation will be the sole responsibility of the vendor.

11. Taxes & Legal Compliance

• Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and legal obligations.
• Vendors must comply with local, national, and international laws applicable to their products.

12. Platform Usage Restrictions

• Vendors must not attempt to bypass the marketplace system (direct payments, off-platform sales).
• Unauthorized use of software, bots, or scraping tools is prohibited.
• Any fraudulent activity may lead to permanent account termination.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

• The marketplace may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations.
• Vendors may also request account closure, subject to pending orders and payments.

14. Limitation of Liability

• The marketplace acts only as an intermediary between vendors and customers.
• The marketplace shall not be liable for vendor product quality, delivery issues, or customer disputes.

15. Amendments to Terms

• The marketplace reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the applicable country or jurisdiction where the marketplace is registered.
